How are payments processed and which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Netbanking, and international cards across 150+ countries with automated GSTIN/VAT tax receipts.

What happens if my email sending volume exceeds my plan quotas?

SendOFF does not drop your emails unexpectedly. As you approach 80% and 95% of your quota, we dispatch proactive alerts. Additional sends are billed at transparent overage rates (₹0.03/email), or you can upgrade to the next tier with one click for immediate higher limits.

Can I send emails using SMTP Relay or standard frameworks?

Yes! SendOFF provides high-performance TLS SMTP relays on standard ports (587 and 465) alongside our REST API. You can drop SendOFF into Nodemailer, Django, Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or Spring Boot simply by swapping your SMTP credentials.

How does SendOFF ensure 99.99% inbox placement with Google and Yahoo?

We operate our own bare-metal KumoMTA sending clusters with isolated dual-lane IP queues (transactional OTP lane separated from bulk mail). We automatically provision 2048-bit DKIM keys, enforce strict SPF/DMARC alignment, and maintain automated feedback loop (FBL) reputation monitoring.
